Summer pasta salad

Preparation

Preparation 25 minutes
  • Cook the pasta and allow to cool slightly.
  • Chop the red onion, mushrooms and bell peppers and saut√© in frying pan together with the lardons (if you choose the lardons).
  • Chop the cucumber, spring onions, apple and sundried tomatoes in cubes and put them in a bowl, add the arugula. Then add the pasta and toss together with the olives, pesto and creme fraiche.
  • At the end add the parmesan, smoked chicken (if you choose the smoked chicken), toasted pine nuts and salt and pepper to taste.
