Sugar snaps with red bell pepper

Preparation

  • Heat up the oil in a large frying pan
  • Cut the red bell pepper into stripes
  • Put the sugar snaps and red pepper into the frying pan
  • Fry the sugar snaps and red pepper for 2 minutes, make sure you stir constantly
  • Add the soy sauce and chili sauce; cook about 3 minutes more or until the sugar snaps are tender-crisp
  • Remove from heat and put the sesame seeds on top
