- Heat up the oil in a large frying pan
- Cut the red bell pepper into stripes
- Put the sugar snaps and red pepper into the frying pan
- Fry the sugar snaps and red pepper for 2 minutes, make sure you stir constantly
- Add the soy sauce and chili sauce; cook about 3 minutes more or until the sugar snaps are tender-crisp
- Remove from heat and put the sesame seeds on top
