Spicy Sesame and Ginger Paksoy

  • Preheat a large pan on medium heat. Combine the sesame oil, garlic and ginger.
  • Fry for about 25 seconds, while being careful not to burn.
  • Add the paksoy, bean sprouts and chilies. Sauté for about 3 minutes while stirring regularly.
  • Add salt, sesame seeds and lime juice to taste, serve and enjoy.
