Rubik’s cube of fruit

Preparation

Preparation 20 minutes
  • Use seasonal fruits, of good size, firm and texture. Make sure they will survive being cut into cubes and won’t brown.
  • Try to use different colours.
  • Cut the fruits in regular dice of the same size (you can use a mold if you like).
  • Do not put more than 4 fruits on each side.
  • You can place a mint leaf on top for garnish.
  • Use about 4 pieces of fruit to make 2 cubes.
  • Suggested fruits: mango, pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe, peaches, kiwi or nectarines.
