Roasted fennel

Preparation

Preparation 50 minutes
  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Cut off stalks, halve bulb lengthwise, cut lengthwise in  app. 1 inch pieces
  • Rub olive oil over the fennel to coat. Sprinkle some balsamic vinegar over the fennel to coat.
  • Lay out the fennel on a baking sheet and bake/cook to beginning to caramelize (30-40 minutes)
