Prawn and mango lettuce cups

Preparation

Preparation 10 minutes
  • Cook or grill the prawns
  • Divide the lettuce into 12 individual leaves, wash and dry the leaves.
  • Place the mango, chilli, lemon juice and oil into a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
  • Divide the mango mixture into each lettuce cup.
  • Place the prawns on top.
