Prawn and mango lettuce cups

Preparation
Preparation 10 minutes
- Cook or grill the prawns
- Divide the lettuce into 12 individual leaves, wash and dry the leaves.
- Place the mango, chilli, lemon juice and oil into a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
- Divide the mango mixture into each lettuce cup.
- Place the prawns on top.
