Physalis marmalade

Preparation

Preparation 25 minutes
  • Peel, rinse and halve the physalis.
  • Place them in a saucepan and add the water and lemon juice.
  • Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the jam sugar and boil for another 3 minutes.
  • Pour into warm, sterilised jars and seal them.
