Physalis marmalade

Preparation
Preparation 25 minutes
- Peel, rinse and halve the physalis.
- Place them in a saucepan and add the water and lemon juice.
- Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add the jam sugar and boil for another 3 minutes.
- Pour into warm, sterilised jars and seal them.
