- Boil water in a pan, add some salt if you want to.
- Peel the cassaves, cut them into strips and wash them.
- Cook the cassaves in boiling water.
- Drain the water and let it cool down.
- In the meantime, heat the oil in a fying pan. Add the cassave and fry them i medium heat until golden brown.
- Place the cassave on a paper towel. Add some salt and serve warm.
