Ham and Broccoli Pie


Preparation 45 minutes
  • Pre-heat oven to 220°C (428°F) and bring the pie crust to room temperature as directed on package.
  • Line pie crust in bottom of springform pan, coated with cooking spray, and cover with a single layer of crushed crackers.
  • Cut up all the vegetables and stir-fry them for shortly. Add the egg, cooked ham, paprika and curry powder, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the mixture in the springform pan and sprinkle the cheese over it.
  • Bake uncovered about 20-25 minutes until golden brown and enjoy!
