Guacamole

Preparation

Preparation 15 minutes
  • Slice avocados in half and discard the seed. Scoop out the inner flesh of the avocado with a spoon
  • Place in a bowl, add juice of the lime and garlic
  • Use a fork and mash to desired consistency
  • Fold in the chopped shallot, red chilli and tomato and mix well
  • Taste the guacamole and adjust seasoning if necessary
  • Serve with your favorite tortilla chips for a dip and enjoy!
