Guacamole

Preparation
Preparation 15 minutes
- Slice avocados in half and discard the seed. Scoop out the inner flesh of the avocado with a spoon
- Place in a bowl, add juice of the lime and garlic
- Use a fork and mash to desired consistency
- Fold in the chopped shallot, red chilli and tomato and mix well
- Taste the guacamole and adjust seasoning if necessary
- Serve with your favorite tortilla chips for a dip and enjoy!
