- For the marinade, peel and crush the garlic. Place the garlic, salt, pepper, herbs, lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl and stir. Add the sweet mini peppers. Cover and leave the peppers to marinate for a 1 to 2 hours.
- Thread the peppers on a skewer.
- Lay the skewers on a grill tray.
- Put the tray under a hot grill and cook the peppers for approximately 15 minutes, turning them occasionally and basting with the marinade.
