Grilled figs with Parma ham and goat cheese


  • Pre heat the oven on 180°C and grease a baking dish with olive oil
  • Remove the fig stems, cut a cross halfway into the top of each fig and gently open them
  • Fill each fig with goat cheese
  • Wrap each fig with a slice of Parma ham
  • Place the figs 5 to 10 minutes into the oven
  • Drop some balsamic vinegar on each fig and serve it warm.
