- Pre heat the oven on 180°C and grease a baking dish with olive oil
- Remove the fig stems, cut a cross halfway into the top of each fig and gently open them
- Fill each fig with goat cheese
- Wrap each fig with a slice of Parma ham
- Place the figs 5 to 10 minutes into the oven
- Drop some balsamic vinegar on each fig and serve it warm.
