Ingredients

For 4 persons

2 paprika’s, deseeded and finely chopped
150g cucumber, deseeded and cut into small cubes
150g arugula (rocket)
200g red cabbage, finely shredded
2 avocados, peeled, stoned and cut into small cubes
Handful of pomegranate seeds
Balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Preparation

Preparation 20 minutes

Combine all salad ingredients, drizzle on the dressing and mix to serve.
