Classic tomato salsa

Preparation

Preparation 15 minutes
  • Finely chop the tomatoes and place them with the chopped onion into a large bowl
  • Deseed and finely chop the Jalapeño, and add to the mixture
  • Squeeze the lime and add the juice from the lime and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil into the bowl
  • Mix well, then season to taste with salt
  • Serve straightaway or cover and set aside for a few hours to let all those flavours develop.Enjoy!
