- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
- Grease the muffin tin.
- Whisk the eggs, salt and pepper in a large bowl. And then stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Divide the mixture between the holes.
- Bake them 20 minutes or until the top is light golden and the centre springs back when touched.
- Serve warm or allow to cool and store them in the fridge.
