Breakfast egg muffin

Preparation

Preparation 30 minutes
  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
  • Grease the muffin tin.
  • Whisk the eggs, salt and pepper in a large bowl. And then stir in the remaining ingredients.
  • Divide the mixture between the holes.
  • Bake them 20 minutes or until the top is light golden and the centre springs back when touched.
  • Serve warm or allow to cool and store them in the fridge.
